Start-ups

• 2002: Orange consulting Inc was incorporated in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.      Joe Zaarour was the co-founder heading the business and technology consulting arms of the firm specializing in PeopleSoft consulting;
• 2008: Re-launched operations at  Orange consulting Inc expanding geographically to Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• 2010: Joe Zaarour and partners acquired seleKt, an advisory and consulting boutique establishing a foothold in the Levant region and broadening the scope of offerings to information management and research;
• 2012: A new entity was re-branded and released under the name milestoen operating from Beirut and Riyadh catering to the emerging markets, primarily Middle East & Africa region with activities ranging from information certitude, content management, consumer research and project management.

Profile

Joe Zaarour, PMP^® is a Management consultant and ICT advisor with over 16 years of international big 4 and regional MENA experience in leadership, development and delivery.

Prior to his current role as Program manager with Blackboard, Joe co-founded Orange Consulting Inc, an IT advisory firm in Canada, and worked for 7 years before that with IBM Global Business Services (formerly PwiceWaterhouseCoopers C.) in North America then MENA in the capacities of a principle consultant, engagement manager, industry lead.

Joe has a bachelor in commerce from Notre Dame & a graduate certificate in project management from McGill.
